Even though we met with him late in the afternoon of our last day, Lloyd spent a great deal of time explaining the market and finding out exactly what we wanted and could afford. After we returned to Oklahoma Lloyd worked tirelessly with and for us: providing vital information and advice about houses of interest; doing video walkthroughs and arranging spur-of-the-moment showings; shaping an offer that was so effective it was accepted without negotiation; interacting with the seller's agent; meticulously guiding and advising us through the maze of steps that follow having an offer accepted; arranging pre-approval and mortgage financing; and doing a host of kindnesses and favors far beyond the call of duty. In addition to being careful, smart, computer savvy, thoroughly professional in every way, and highly knowledgeable about real estate, At one point when we thought we had found a house we wanted to come see, Lloyd did a meticulous on-site visit and spotted innumerable things that made the house a very poor investment, thus saving us not only the cost of a trip to see the house but the inevitable disappointment of getting there and instantly finding that it would not do at all! Lloyd is a considerate, honest, patient person who works extremely hard, is unfailingly responsive to questions, adheres to the highest ethical standards, and will always have your back. And he’s a joy to spend time with. Even now that we've closed on the house he and his team are continuing to help us make arrangements that must be taken care of before we move in! I've never even heard of a realtor who does that. We are convinced that had it not been for Lloyd being our realtor, we would not now own a house in Fort Collins, let alone one that is exactly what we wanted in the location we wanted and in the price range we can afford. consummate professional. He worked with us as we relocated from New York
until we found our perfect Colorado home. During this time he was
enthusiastic and patient and never wavered in his commitment to us to

I made an appointment with him because my friend recommended Lloyd to me.  We met and exchanged what I was looking for and who Lloyd was and what he can offer.  I immediately felt he is honest and is someone I can trust.  He entered all my "must have" to a computer system and since then, the system sent me a list of houses that went on market and met my criteria via email.  When I found houses that I liked, I contacted Lloyd and he immediately arranged showings.  At each home showing, he printed off colored and informative fact sheet about the house which was very helpful.  When the home came under my radar, he used his amazing negotiation skills to get the best deal and I was able to purchase my dream home for the first time.  He is very knowledgeable, passionate about helping others, honest, reliable, and responsive.  He went out of his way to explain everything.  Every single step of this process, there was nothing I was unsure about because he taught me everything very well, so well that I almost feel like I can be a realtor.   I highly recommend Lloyd for anyone who is looking for a reliable realtor.
