Start with your specialties and overview of services. Thank you for your considering Lighthouse Construction with your project. I am experienced with door and window installations, trim and door installations, cabinet installations, and rough framing and siding installations. I have been fully responsible for project managing projects which include, decks, finished basements, kitchen and bath remodel, structural and non-structural home remodels, home additions, and new construction homes. With each of these wide array of project I enjoy, and have found useful, guiding customers in putting together the vision of a project. I have found that customers greatly appreciate being educated through the entire project process, so that they understand the order of process for such projects and develop realistic expectations that align with realistic results. Sell your background and staff. I have been working with a NOCO based custom home building company since 2018. With my experience I have learned the in's & out's of the local permitting municipalities, as well as develop multiple professional relationships for all trades for each phase of a construction build. Now in this season in life, with my families support, I have made the decision to establish my new company "Lighthouse Construction" as a fresh option for my local neighbors to consider for the next home project.Being a locally owned NOCO business you can feel comfortable that your doing business with your neighbor.
