We have referenced the Light Center. They didn't charge us because of the change in the socket, you know, the little thing you turn, the knob, to turn the light on and off and they had to change that out because it wasn't the right size or something for the new socket. It works great now.

This experience with the Light Center was a little rocky.
The first installation of the rail system ended up looking a little odd and the transformer for it hummed loudly.
We called them back to take a look. We reconfigured the shape of the rail but the transformer was still buzzing. So much so, that the representative on the phone could hear it over the line.
It took a few visits, but they made everything right and they didn't charge us any extraneous costs to make up for their time.
They do what it takes to make the customer happy and a year later those lights still look amazing and the transformer does NOT buzz (yay!).
We ended up working with the owner who was gracious, kind and 'heard' us (and that buzzing). She didn't defend, deny, or try to make us feel small for our concern.
I've been back time and time again, and would recommend The Light Center to anyone.
