They have a high turn over in their employees. the customer service  with their employees is lacking, but compared to other companies it is the better of them.

Great! They came while I was at work. A few days later I have the greenest lawn on my block. It's thick, lush and healthy. I couldn't be happier.

we called later in the season and booked their last day of air blasting out the sprinklers, great service and timely but think it could cost less to perform the service

This is the second season I have used this company.  Last year I was desperate after trying to hand dig my weeds; the weeds won.  Called Lawn Doctor;  they set me up with a program, started service immediately, always notified me of date and time of service, and  left a notice of service and invoice if I was not home.  They were willing to work with me on  protecting areas I had recently seeded and also came back for a no charge second application when it appeared my weeds had ignored the first application of weed killer.  In the fall they aerated the lawn.  As part of this season's package I chose lawnmower service which was done in a timely manner as well as the first application of fertilizer and weed control. My ultimate goal is to get my lawn to a point where weed control will rarely be needed and fertilizer applied only when soil testing indicates the need. I have never been pushed to buy more service than I felt was needed.  I have been pleased with Lawn Doctor and will readily recommend them to others.

Very polite, energetic, responsive and very easy to work with. They virtually saved my lawn that year. It had a terrible case of spider mites from the previously dry winter and now the lawn in green and healthy without weeds or pests.

Service was great. We had just moved into this house, and we had never used the sprinkler system before. Jason the lawn tech allowed me to shadow him as he activated all components of the system, explaining exactly how and why he was doing everything. Great service, would definitely recommend.

We have always been pleased with them. I think they are very reasonable but we get four applications a season but they offer other programs. They always call before they come out to let us know. They turn our bird feeder and watering bowls upside down. They are good about that. They call our renters before they go out to make sure that they had their dogs in and that sort of thing. And, anytime I have any questions, they have a local office and I can just call them. They are very responsive. When they say they are going to be out, they are out during the time frame that they indicated.

I'm particularly impressed that Lawn Doctor of Fort Collins, Inc communicates well. They're very good about leaving phone messages about when they're going to do something.

They are prompt. They always call me. I have a driveway that's peeling a little bit. When we shovel snow, we get rocks accumulating. They came out free of charge to remove those rocks, which I thought was really nice. They usually come out three or four times a year.
