First time went without a hitch, performed exactly as promised, done well and on time. Dealer was billed for that.
Second time, since it was under our insurance deductible, we had Kool Rides remove the scratch and paid for an entire exterior detail (wax). Again, performed exactly as promised, done well and on time. Cost seemed a tad bit higher than we expected, but what a wonderful job they did - we could not find the scratch after they were done and the car looked better than when we picked it up new in May. Kudos to Kool Rides. Have to say it is worth the price. Mike Nelson, the owner, is an up front and honest guy who is growing his business and he is very customer-oriented. Highly recommend. I noted they belong to BBB and have a BBB sign up at the shop...always says volumes to me in a positive way.
