They did a terrific job. I was very pleased that the guy is a very skilled arborist. We had to have the work done right away, but he was booked for 2 months, I discussed our situation with him, and he adjusted his schedule to attend to our needs.

Workers are knowledgeable and did a great job of removing a tree that was approximately 30 feet high and next to my house. I will be using these folks again for my seasonal tree spraying.

The service was excellent. I highly recommend them. In fact, I have called them for an estimate. We did not get them for another property; otherwise, I would have hired them because their quote was incredible.

I've used them for probably 5 years. They just come and they do my work. If you don't need it, they don't do it. They're not just after the money and I like that they're very honest. I pay in one time, that's Spring, Summer and late Summer. They charge me $288 and they sprayed for everything. They just don't drive me crazy. I just felt that the other companies that I've used were totally careless with my trees and after my money. This guy is just a good old boy.

Our family has used Kincaid Tree Surgery for probably as long as they have been in business. We have used them for tree removal, tree and shrub trimming, tree spraying, and tree and shrub evaluating, etc... Most recently juniper trimming by a crew and tree evaluation by another employee. In the recent past they removed two very large dead Aspen trees and did a fantastic job. They came in, worked quickly, and left no clean-up for us. They also work and communicate with us so that they can be sure they are doing what we would prefer. But the aspect of the company that I most appreciate is that they are completely honest about the condition of our trees and shrubs, etc...if they need to be sprayed, if they need to be trimmed, etc., and are not just looking to sell you something you don't need. I trust them implicitly.

The estimator came out and gave an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about trees, and gave me some advice on a tree that I thought might have beetle kill, but thankfully only needed massive watering. The tree is happy now :)
He suggested it would be better for my trees to come in winter, so we waited until late December to have the work done. It took four days. The foreman was great, but one of the helpers not so much. The trees were trimmed very nicely in a way that I know is healthy for further growth, and the trees that were taken out were cut down fairly close to the ground. The trees look beautiful! The foreman worked very hard those 4 days, and gave advice on taking care of my trees. He took in stride a few extra trees I added that I hadn't thought of before.
The only thing that went wrong was that one of the workers didn't listen well on a two person task, and a limb fell on my fence. The company quickly made it right though, and fixed the fence promptly. Many of my trees were challenging to access, but they still found a way to do a nice job on them. Overall I am very satifsfied with their work and would hire them again. They are very busy, so best to plan ahead...

They were very professional and cleaned up the debris when finished. I would recommend them to friends and will use them again.

.Overall pretty good, the crew had some challenges ( flower beds, shrubs ) to work around they are very friendly, hard working. Owner came by later in day for follow up, which Impressed me and my wife. have used others but will use Kincaid again.

They've worked for us for years. They are very familiar with our property and our trees. If we have any questions, Mike, the owner will come right and talk to me about what we should do. We think they are very good.

It's a deal where they come several times during the season and we pay a flat rate. They are pretty much the only deal in the area so everybody uses them. They are pricey but I kind of have to do it, if I want the trees to live.

They've always done a good job for me. Prices are reasonable. They do good work and good cleanup after the work is done, and they do exactly what you ask them to do.

They are totally professional an always do a great job. We have used them for decades. They will not try to sell you something you do not need.

Their price was reasonable and their workers were honest. They were efficient and left the place immaculate when they were done. I had huge branches that were cut down and when they were done there wasn't even a single leaf on the ground, and it was great. They were a bit slow to get back to me. I would use them again in the future.

Kincaid has been treating our very large trees for over 10 years now. Recently right after a large windstorm, they came out the next morning and trimmed the limbs that were dangerous. They promised to return and do the remaining trimming which they promptly scheduled and came out when they said they would come. They do exactly what we ask them to do for the price they quote. They even cut up my branches into small logs for my fireplace at no additional cost - just for good customer service!
