This was a rather complicated project; not a simple matter of pull-out-the-old-and-put-in-some-new. My taste (Scandinavian modern) is not common in this area and is, therefore, not easy to accommodate. Mr Johnston listened carefully to my wishes and gave them long consideration. He was sympathetic to my frustrations, and he made helpful suggestions regarding sources for the materials that I wanted to find. When my ideas were impractical (or impossible) in a 1978 tri-level! he explained clearly why this was so, and offered good alternative avenues to pursue. Courtesy and politeness never failed.
