Ceramic Tile Service
Horrible. Company agreed to schedule and price. Completely disappeared for 13 days. Finally received an email the night before the project was to begin only to be informed now they couldn't do it for another 3 months. Very unprofessional. Had they informed me earlier I would have had more time to find a replacement. I spent a considerable amount of time with them in reviewing and scheduling the job; which included scheduling other contractors around this schedule. Moreover, I paid more than 15k in bathroom appliances when I didn't need to. This company doesn't even have the common decency to communicate when they are no longer going to do a job that they had previously agreed to.
