They do a lot of consulting work and haven't done any actual work yet. Everything that I am doing is based on their audit. I am finally getting around to have some of the work done to make my home not so cold in the winter. They are worth waiting on to do your audit. They are highly regarded even by the city. I only paid $150 for the audit because the city was endorsing and subsidizing it. I am getting 3 bids since I am getting a zero interest loan through the city of Ft. Collins.
