I go there regularly and the service is consistently good and pretty quick.

I haven't been back to Jiffy Lube in quite some time. I went to the Boulder location and they changed my oil in under 20 minutes. It was fast and easy, and they provided me with plenty of options. It was a busy Saturday but it was still fast and easy. I opted for some additional updates and changes (filter, etc...) but they weren't too pressuring.
The best part: I have a slow engine leak and today I went to Jiffy Lube for a free "Top Off" that they give you for 2 months or so after your service. I didn't even have to get out of my car. I popped the hood and they topped off my oil and washer fluid, and I drove away.

They did a nice job. When I left, I thought everything was okay. I went to a Ford dealership for my next oil change and when they unscrewed the drainplug some screw bolt shavings came with it. Ford told me that the last person over torqued the drainplug, causing it to strip. Jiffy Lube torqued it past 20, and the setting is for 19. When I called Jiffy Lube, they initally said they would make it right, but when I told them I'd need I new oilpain, they said that it wasn't their fault.  They said they would split the difference with Ford to replace the oilpain, but Jiffy Lube still owes me $186.

The employees were professional and courteous, even showing me how to change the cabin air filter so I could do it myself.  There were the usual upsell "opportunities" offered, but it was a pretty soft pitch and not objectionable.  Appreciated the nice waiting room with coffee.

Outstanding customer service. Fair prices. Free Starbucks instant cofffee. The crew is really professional and polite. The only thing that I would say is missing - you have to be sure to check the bill and ask for special deals of the day or other deals that are not automatically deducted.

One of the things Jiffy lube is known for is being very fast. Never do I have to wait for long periods of time and their prices are always very reasonable and affordable. I also think the customer service is pleasant and I trust them with my car.

Always very professional, have all my data readily available - great for customer repeat. Always have a promotion going that helps with the cost. They don't push extra products that the customer does not want.
