Janet Z Real-estate is owned and operated by Janet and Dave Scott. A married real-estate agent couple that both run the business as certified real estate agents in the surrounding Fort Collins area. The office is located at 510 APPLE BLOSSOM LN, Fort Collins, CO 80526.
From the beginning of my search on Trulia.com, to the stress relieving end at the closing table, both Dave and Janet were a god send to me and my family. I know that they are genuine with their sincerity and caring attitude as the process of closing on my home was elongated by every issue imaginable. Regardless of those issues, they never treated me different or acted like the work was not worth the money.
Issues they had to put up with included the 2012 wildfire that in the end was calculated to be the largest wildfire in Colorado and perhaps US history. Insurance cancelations ensued as the fire claims began pouring in. Credit issues, and even a crazy work schedule were among the unforeseen set-backs.
After over three months, and hundreds of hours working in my favor, Dave was able to pull off delivering me to the closing table the new owner of a previously bank owned REPO property at over 20% equity at the table. Dave and Janet, if you read this, thank you from the bottom of my families and my heart.
