David James was excellent to work with in setting up the appointment and he arrived slightly early - very nice! He worked with me to move my dogs onto the back deck when he sprayed inside the house, upstairs and downstairs, and then let me know to move the dogs into the house when he sprayed around the outside of the house. In addition to spraying, he also kindly removed many cobweb areas outside near the house that I'd been meaning to clean out but had not yet gotten to. Dave was super kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, and his services certainly worked, as the next day on my front porch was a very dead large red/brown spider! A great experience and I will certainly use him again as needed for bugs/spiders or any other pest issues.

I called in the a.m. and Mike was ou in the p.m. The work was done quickly with an offer to look at other areas that might have paper wasps around our home. Quality all around. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
