 + -1 moreWow! Chis is an AMAZING business person! He was very thorough and detailed during our inspection, and went above and beyond to answer ALL of my questions before, during, and after the inspection. He ALWAYS answered his phone, or called me back immediately (and I think I probably called him a dozen times before our inspection!). He never made me feel like a nuisance during the process - even when I had to reschedule the appointment for the third time! He did his best to get us into his schedule ASAP and was always 100% professional! I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Homeland Inspection - this guy really knows his stuff, and can explain it in a way that you can understand it too!
Description of Work: Chris inspected a house that we are purchasing through an auction - it was imperative that we knew exactly what was going on with the house. Chris inspected every inch and gave us his honest, professional opinions on everything. He also has extensive experience with EFIS (stucco) and was able to properly inspect that as well.
