My husband and I had a limited amount of time to have our small deck renovated. We had a number of contractors estimate the job, but Jonathan was much more detailed and thorough in the questions he asked and the information he asked for. The man he put on the job, James, was extremely thorough and careful. He kept us informed along the way. the job was completed on time slightly under estimate, and most importantly, meticulously.

We recently hired Home Improvement Express to fix a pocket door and help with some miscellaneous small projects around our house. We are extremely pleased with the work that Scott did. He was professional, efficient, and skilled. The pocket door now works perfectly and all the other small projects were handled with care and expertise. In addition, Scott completed the work on time and came in on budget!

Jonathan from Home Improvement Express was excellent in providing an estimate to all the work required to replace the flower boxes and wood around our house and repair our aging deck. The contract was very organized and detailed about the project with the projected schedule and costs. Jonathan and Matthew were very professional and extremely helpful with better design changes. Matthew tore out and replaced our flower boxes and replaced them with a much better configuration. The work on the deck was more extensive than planned and Matthew and Jonathan were very accommodating to the additional changes. Matthew kept me informed of his daily schedule and activities. He is very reliable, courteous, and scheduled the work activities very efficiently. The project was completed as scheduled and budgeted, the work quality was excellent, and the daily cleanup and communications exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend calling Jonathan at Home Improvement Express for any remodeling project. We will definitely hire them next time we need something done in our house .

Consider refunding the dispatch the callout when the job is accepted. Otherwise it feels like a double fee.

The estimate for the work was $600 the bill came in at $1100. Work was completed, quality was good and communication was excellent. Jonathan is hard working, schedules right away and has all tools needed to complete any job.

Jonathan was completely up front about all the steps needed. How long it would take to do the job and there were no hidden charges once the work was completed. He had a cheaper way to handle one aspect of the job I needed done, and told me how he would do it. No games, no slacking, and best of all very professional and dedicated to doing the job the right way the first time. Home Improvement Express will be who I go to when it becomes time to consider work on my bathrooms when it comes time to do a remodel on them. Or any other work I can think of. Speaking of further work, I already hired them to do another small job I needed done.

Great job, had the quote, schedule, work was done on time and looks great. Had some boards replaced and painted on the back of my house. I'll reach out to this company for future work.

I hired Jon to do a few small jobs: painting, gutter cleaning, gutter drain repair, remove small stump, level a concrete step, and to remove sap suckers. He did a great a job, very knowledgeable and conscientious.

A bit pricey, but customer service was great and job was well done. Jonathan was flexible with scheduling and easy to work with.

Johnathan was great. When Others didn't responded to my inquiry or were to busy to do the work Johnathan was happy to come help me as soon as I needed. When someone else said they could be here in 2 months, Johnathan got here in 2 days and got all of the work I needed done in 2 hours. Fantastic!
