The tech was great.
Alas, These guys charged me $222/hour for driving time to pick up a part--without informing me of the cost up front. 5.5 hours for $1221! I could have hired a private limo for less money. Opportunistic and predatory business practices. I guess it's more important for them to make a quick buck than build long-term relationships or trust. The tech did resolve the issue though, which is why they get two stars instead of one.
