The salesgirl could not find any information on the item I had left. She said she would call one of the other workers and get back to me. She called me later that day to say they'd located the information, the item had sold, and I had store credit. I really felt taken care of!

HH is the best. I can't say enough good things about them. They know me and my horse. I love supporting local businesses anyway and HH is the best tack shop around. The people are friendly and knowledgable. Jen is a great saddle fitter and helped me find two saddles for my very hard to fit gelding.
The shop is small but if they don't have something you need they can always order it.
The bonus bucks program is awesome too!
