We just renewed our contract with them for 2 more years for HOA, they passed our trial period with flying colors. They were remarkable in cleaning up in our common areas. They were out here at 8 AM after the storm and were out cleaning up everything in our neighborhood. They have been out recently doing the Spring clean up and getting everything ready for the summer. We pay extra for snow removal and we have had to 2 hail storms and 1 wind storm so that is extra for clean up. We have 221 homes here that split the bill for this company.
