Chad called back right away and was willing to come over and give an estimate immediately. He called despite a life-threating familiy emergency to reschedule, and got the job done under budget and in a very short amount of time; working around my clients' schedules. He did a fantastic job framing in the air conditioner to match the building, and worked very quickly and efficiently around the usual quirks of an old builidng. He's an excellent troobleshooter. I especially appreciated that he took on my job, as the half dozen or so other people I called weren't interested in a project this small. Plus he came in about $30 under his estimate.
