Just fine. Average..... Good for getting stain spots out!!! Fast service. Very, very kind employee. The places on the floor in the house where carpet meets up with other flooring was not much improved. When I asked about it, employee just said it looked that way (dark and still dirty) because the carpet hadn't dried yet. Unfortunately that was not the case. They said their work is guaranteed. But timing situation and moving got in the way to call them and ask them to come back.

He asked us to have all the furniture out of the way for this service. I have a bad back . My husband even took a day off to prepare for this and what a disappointment. A lot of hard work on our part for nothing!! he told us he was done, we were astonished how quickly it was completed, so we wanted to check the work. We not so much as walked down the hall and in the the room and we seen that he did not clean the carpet in the closets, or pull the curtain back to clean behind it. We then went to , I assume sign his paper but I was going to tell him it wasn't complete. I asked the kids, where did he go, they said " He left!" I was appalled. My teenage son does a better job with our residential upright walmart carpet cleaner than this man's Commercial business. This was the biggest joke of a service I have had in a long time. Rip off report!! Scam!! Scam!! This is a company appeared to be owned by the person who does or doesn't do the work. It seems he doesn't want the work just the reward$$!! I apologize for the harsh words to the propiotor but you may be in the wrong business if you don't want to do the work or maybe ask more questions. Better yet hire someone who is motivated. -a very unsatisfied client
