Very rude, talked down to woman of the house, disrespectful in his tone and demeanor, used his personal key to walk in while i was asleep, showed new tenants the house after agreeing not to because we just had the carpets professionally cleaned, charged us for normal wear and tear items that clearly stated acceptable in the contract (stove top catch pans, light bulbs), had new tenants in the home cleaning and working in the yard prior to our contract end, (in other words, people were in the home when we had not completely moved out yet) then charged us for their time
