They were prompt. Professional. and they were very thorough. They got rid of the ants in my bathroom and laundry room. They also sprayed all the places outside where I would get little ant hills in the cracks of my patio and driveway.

Technician/service manager arrived on schedule, explained what she would do. Explained the nature of the chemicals and that they are not harmful to people or pets. She treated the outside of the house then came inside and treated both upstairs and down.
She was very professional and friendly. The whole process was done in about an hour.

Chris is very busy and I had to wait for over a week before he could see me with an appointment. He treated the areas with two chemicals, checked the basement as well as the walls inside and outside the Dining Room and the garage. He was very thorough, and does not try to set you up on a monthly schedule of rechecking and spraying - not necessary.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND ALWAYS CALL QUARTERLY TO SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT. THE SPRAYING IS EFFECTIVE AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
