â Charlieâ responded immediately and came the same day, and on time. I paid his price, but do not know if it was reasonable because I got no other quote. (I can attest, though, that his price is very high for sprinkler winterization - $50 higher than I paid someone else last year!) The reason I gave only a 3 star rating is because I feel that a business owner who does not have business cards with his name on them and nowhere on his website gives the information - he will not divulge his last name. What kind of business person hides his last name? It is not up-front behavior, so makes his persona less than respectful. I would not use him again.

Charlie was awesome. He arrived on time, quickly found a huge leak in my system and repaired it. Line line was four feet underground instead of 12-18 inches so a LOT MORE work. Charlie fixed the yard "volcano" and ensured that the entire system was working. He was always courteous, put up with my two GSDs and never waivered from his original quote. I highly reommend him.

Charlie's crew came out yesterday and fixed my initial, minor problem in no time. As soon as they left, I was messing around with things and created a much bigger issue. Charlie came back himself this morning and fixed the issue at no extra cost. Charlie even took the time to give me advice through text. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
