first off all of the work was done by franks lead man whose name is jesus.he spoke good english and ansered all our questions about our project.they poured two patios two sets of steps a side walk a retaining wall and two curbs to divert flowing water down our driveway.they did an excelent job from start to finish.they also stamped and colored the concrete and will be back to seal it after it cures.i will definately use them in the future.thanks jesus for all your great ideas and your fantastic skills.

I got 4 estimates for this job. We had been putting it off because we knew it would be expensive. Frank's bid was the lowest at $6450.00. There was one other close to that and the others were between $8,000 and $10,000.
I was a little nervous because the number to call was a home phone number and it was his wife who called me back and made all of the arrangements. He doesn't have a website and I don't think he has e-mail. But he had been recommended by a co-worker and seemed to know his stuff when he came to do the estimate. And he was willing to guarantee his work.
There were only 2 people doing this job, Frank and his assistant. They started within a week of my hiring them and were done in 3 days. They started on a Thursday afternoon and finished Saturday.
They worked incredibly hard and did a beautiful job. They hauled away all the debris and then brought in gravel to level the driveways at no extra cost. I was at work most of the time while they were working although they got here before I left and were still working when I got home.
I recommend Frank Mendoza. The only issue that I have with him is not with is work, but with the communication issues. To reach him, you call his home number and get the machine. Then his wife calls back and if you aren't there, leaves a message. Sometimes the information is lost in translation.
