Susan has been wonderful to work around my parents' needs. She is respectful to my mother who has dementia and is often confused. She is flexible with scheduling and communicates wellw ith my parents and with me in Denver as I coordinate their care.

We tried several companies. None of them were able to arrive at the agreed upon time. Often they were late by several hours. Finally we found Fort Collins House Cleaning by Susan and our search was over. Susan is punctual and thorough. She pays attention to our specific needs and is considerate of our elderly parent. She does a great job cleaning our home and charges a reasonable price. We are very happy to have her help.

Met with Susan and after discussing my requirements she suggested I talk with her daughter Chelsea as I needed someone to clean only every three weeks. Chelsea called me within 24 hours and we established a time for her to come see the house. She was punctual and after discussing my needs she gave me what I felt was a fair price and we decided on a time and day. She again arrived on time and provided all the eco-friendly cleaning products. She is very friendly and efficient and was done in about 2 hours. She will be coming again every three weeks and I feel so lucky to have found Chelsea after moving to Fort Collins from Alabama.

Fort Collins House Cleaning by Susan has been cleaning my home for the past 2 years. She is very pet friendly (I have a Lab), communicates well, and she uses eco friendly products. Susan is a independent and costs about half of what the national firms cost. Best of all she is the one who shows up every two weeks, not a stranger. She does a great job for me and i recommend her to anyone looking for someone to clean their home.
