Greg was quick in getting to us to do an estimate. Asked the right questions to help the project go smoother. Emailed an estimate. We then decided to do a couple of the projects. Called us to get an appointment quickly. Did the job for the price given. They were very professional and were on time. They even emailed a final bill of 0 dollars owed. The job looks professionally done. We have been very pleased with the results. The questions asked helped get us from having up to six switches to having only three.

We were having trouble with breakers tripping. Greg &Brian came out the next day & evaluated the problem. Brian installed 2 new wall plugs for our fireplace heaters, added 2 GFI 20 amp breakers in the fuse box that feed into a new junction box. From the junction box new wiring was installed through the walls & basement.  It was a tedious job.  Brian worked non- stop all day.
 He also checked and replaced another defective breaker in the fuse box. He replaced 2 broken outlets in the house and installed 4 other GFI?s in the garage.  Our house is an older home and the wiring is very complicated. Brian was able to figure it all out.  We were very impressed with their electrical knowledge & patience. Everything was left clean after lots of drilling through wood & walls.  Greg and Brian were easy to work and are great electricians!

What more could you ask for? Came out the very next day. Quick, professional installation. No question I would use again for electrical work.

Greg Whitehead is very competent and professional. He helped come up with ideas to work around old (insufficient) wiring. He works hard to accommodate us even when he is busy. I will definitely use him again.

Wanted to have garage front lights on timer, but porch lights on motion-sensor. Fort Collins Electric employee (Greg) learned both lights on same circuit. Greg suggested different fixtures for garage lights, explained what I needed, let me go to Home Depot (while he left for another job to return when I got back), was available by phone to answer my questions while I was at H.D.--even talked to the H.D. employee. On return, I decided that the change would be too complicated. Greg charged me for only 1/2 hour labor, even tho my and quot;projectand quot; took up more of his time.
I appreciate his knowledge, service and advice. I would highly recommend this service to others.

Went well. This was not a very dramatic issue. The main point was Greg was very polite, focused and handled the issue as one would hope to expect from an experienced tradesman.

Good job and would recommend their service to everyone I know.

He's very efficient and does great work. His quality of work and professionalism is excellent. He was a pleasure to work with..we plan on having him come back to do some other work in the future.

The experience was fine. The dimmer switch that he put on to the chandelier didn't work but we called him back. He back the same day and fixed that. It was a German chandelier and the light bulbs in America don't work in that. So we had to get some adaptors and then it took a lot to order them. When we got the adaptors we put all the light bulbs in and then we realized that the dimmer didn't work. The light went on but the dimmer didn't work, so we called him back couple of weeks later and he came the same day to fix the dimmer.
