FAITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Faith Property Management is literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would rather deal with Comcast than these people. I moved into a house in 2004 and Faith Property Management is the company the HOA (for some reason, I suspect kickbacks) employs to manage the area. They billed me for awhile and then just stopped. For some reason the company suddenly decided to start sending my bill to my old apartment...after several years of getting bills. I have no idea why they did this. Then, five years later, I get a letter from a lawyer threatening me unless I pay ~$2500. They never tried to contact me in any way whatsoever. Most of the bill was, in fact, late fees which are just made up surcharges that mean nothing so they can simply line their pockets. I tried to talk to both the company and the lawyer but they kept pointing the fingers at each other. The lawyer said he couldn't do anything to negotiate, that it was all Faith and Faith said I had to talk to the lawyer. Bang up job. Ultimately I paid about $2100 after they waived a few minor things. Also, the bill had some "covenant violations" that they couldn't, or wouldn't, look up to actually figure out what they were for. So, I had to replace my roof and they were awful to work with. It took them more than 30 days with the proposal and the only reason I was allowed to replace the roof was because I looked at the HOA rules and knew that if I didn't have a response in 30 days I was allowed to just go ahead and do it. I don't think they'd have ever contacted me about it. Now, Today, I get a bill from them for $79 (the quarterly fee) and a $50 charge for past due stuff. I have a receipt from them and they are too incompetent to even acknowledge I paid them in full. I'm going to have to go to their office, because you can NEVER get anyone on the phone, and speak with them and I expect it to be awful. This company is horrible and unscrupulous, all they care about is getting paid. They are unresponsive, rude, and just terrible at their jobs. You should never ever use this company unless you have no other choice and in that case be prepared for the most terrible service of your life.
