General Remodeling
Jeff Ryan at Excel was very good. Will likely contract him again for our kitchen.

General Remodeling
We explored many options for our first major remodel from Lowes
to HighCraft Builders. We met with several general contractors, most of whom
seemed fine. Jeff Ryan of Excel Design and Build set himself apart as an
excellent communicator with a perfect combination of expertise, conscientiousness,
and an eye for detail. He recurrently works with his team of subcontractors. Jeff
and his brother Mike, who has the same warmth, easy-going nature, and work ethic, do much of the work themselves.
Everything was clearly specified in the contract,
including a timeline for completion that they met. Jeff graciously and empathetically
handled our requests for changes during the remodeling process. Our job was
performed with excellence, professionalism, and patience--all at a reasonable
cost.
We told Jeff that he could use us as a reference,
though we may sound phony because no one is this happy with their contractor :-)
After completion and final payment, Jeff has taken care of our few concerns with the same timeliness and professionalism as during the job.
