Wow. These guys are master craftsmen. They replaced our circa 1995 worn out deck with an awesome looking and structurally sound deck. They were able to make the new deck a bit larger than the previous one. Communication was excellent. The job was actually completed earlier than planned. You can tell they take pride in their work and their attention to detail is amazing.
John called back right away after I inquired about getting a quote from him. He came out and really listened to my want vs need list and set up the quote accordingly. I had a quote in hand within 1 week. I called 4 different companies. I never did receive an official quote from one of the companies and the other companies wouldn't do or didn't have the experience with some of the things I needed done. The gentleman that manages the subdivisions' HOA had work done before from Esh Construction and couldn't say enough good things about this company.
John tore down the deck that was barely standing at my house and rebuilt it according to city code and beyond. This deck is solid. I asked to have additional items added such as privacy walls and screened lattice skirting. It all looks so nice together and I will enjoy many years on this deck.
I will be having Esh Construction back again next year to add a pergola.
