The salesman checked in with us every so often to see whether the insurer had completed its appraisal.
As soon as the report from the insurer arrived, the office manager visited us and confirmed what the salesman had said. The hail-resistant shingles he was using were highly-rated (we did our homework). He answered all our questions. We appreciated his professionalism.
The appraisal by the insurer took a few weeks and the actual installation was a few weeks later because of the high number of homes having roofs replaced in Fort Collins. The delay was typical and did not affect us.
We are very satisfied with the roof and the the professionalism of the company representatives.
