Property Management
A rare GEM in a notoriously tough industry!
I have owned a local cleaning company here in Fort Collins since 2001 and we have worked for many property management companies, and in the last few years we have had the pleasure of working for Drake Manor. I can say with the utmost confidence that they are leaders in their industry. The short of the long is that company is owned and operated by a team of people who truly are dedicated to "smooth turnovers". They stand committed to open and honest communication with their tenants, owners, and vendors alike. They understand the delicate balance between the 3 parties and do their best to make all parties happy while remaining committed to providing a quality service.
They believe that tenants moving into a new property should have a clean space, one where you can't tell someone else has lived there before you. If you want a clean rental property for you and your family (or roomies) then this is the rental property company for you!
I would rent my home thru them and if i was renting a home i would certainly choose theirs!
