"Custom Renovations stands behind its standards of quality and work ethic. The customer who posted these ratings was limited by a low budget for a very large job including remodeling and interior and exterior painting. The job was completed according to contract and every effort was made to accommodate additional requests, resulting in several returns to the property, at minimum 3 full days of free labor, and work completed outside the original scope. The customer wanted $7,000 worth of work done for $4,000. Custom Renovations always offers a warranty on all work and takes pride in providing a quality product that not only looks nice but seals and protects surfaces. It is unfortunate that all the extra hard work that was put into satisfying this customer wasn't valued but brought to a public space for airing. Every effort is made at every job to keep our customers happy."
