Ben (and Shannon) were polite, professional and prompt. He worked with me on the intricacies of the installation which leave almost no room for error given the nature and safety considerations regarding a car's front suspension. Ben originally quoted me $660.00 and thought it could be accomplished in just under a day, but it ran longer than that and he came back the next day and finished it up. Even given that he wanted to stick with his original estimate. I paid him additional anyway and I am very pleased with the overall outcome. I intend to use him again for more work on the project.
