BUYER BEWARE:  Took my Cell Phone in for repair of an intermittant problem. They did not have the part needed in stock but they would order it and call me when it arrived. During this visit they told me they could fix it in 1 hr when the part came in. Well 4 days later got the call the part was in and headed over next day to drop the phone off. I arrived as they were opening the door so I was 1st in line. Well they then tell me now its going to take 4 hrs to finish the repair.I thought that was odd as previously it was 1 hr, but went with it. Returned to pick up phone and pay for their services.Phone was working while there. One hr later the original phone problem came back so nothing had changed the phone still wasnt working properly. I went back to the store to complain and see what their recomendation was. They said they did not now know what was causing the problem since they had put a new part in it. I said fine then I would like a refund This is where things went really bad. They said they would have to take the new part out of the phone to refund its cost however there would be an additional labor charge for that. Then it gets even worse they will only refund $15 of the original $50 because they dont refund their Labor Charges. So bottom line I take my phone in for repair it doesnt get fixed and they wont refund my Hard Earned Money. These people are RIP OFFs.
