Property Management
This group seemed very professional and continue to be. The issue is that they did not disclose all of the utilities that would be billed to me. At the time that I signed the lease, they said that I would have a $3 per month garbage removal charge. I was in the apartment three months when they began to charge water/sewer and back-dated that to when I moved in. It didn't exactly break the bank...but I thought it was a bit crafty not to disclose that as I signed the lease.
