Using my HVAC professional CO detector found the furnace heat exchanger cracked and CO leaking through your registers was a major safety concern. Glad your Realtor was able to negotiate a brand new furnace and update your AC split cooling system as well. Only Cottage 2 Castle does CO testing and missing this important finding would of been a very serious problem and costing you $10,000. Your home is now safe and I hope your home serves you well in Loveland CO."

I hired Michael to do a thorough inspection on my 1930's home. Michael found issues with old galvanized water lines, he found knob n tube wiring which needs updated for safety. He also found a major issue with our foundation in our tiny crawlspace. We now know how much money we will ask for to get this old house safe to live in. Michael works for the buyer and we are so grateful we hired him. Excellent Inspector and will definitely refer him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Michael was an awesome inspector, I picked him because he is Nationally Licensed. He found a lot of major problems, which were: My main electrical panel needed updated due to safety issues with Federal Pacific panels. Michael also found a major problem with my main sewer line using his sewer scope. Michael saved me thousands in concessions. Best inspector I've ever hired in Colorado. Michael knows everything about a home. Highly Recommend!

Mike at Cottage2Castle did a sewer scope, Radon test, non-invasive mold test and is the best inspector and provided me the most detailed report. Cottage 2 Castle explains how to repair every item found in a home. Tradesman in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, worked with Structural Engineers, built 10 homes Nationally Licensed, not a non-licensed certified hack. Also Mike is a Licensed Thermographer with FLIR, the best thermal imaging cameras produced. Mike also used a CO detector and found high levels of CO from your 1960's furnace. This information really helped me to negotiate for some seller rebates so I was able to replace the old and tired furnace.
