Mortgage Companies
We started using a different mortgage broker at one of the larger banks. We were pre-approved with the other lender, but we went to lock in the loan rate, the "other" company's rate were high and the fees were extremely high.
After dealing with the larger bank, my wife and I then called Kevin of the Francis Team. We send them over all our paperwork and they were able to get us approved in a timely manner with rates that were extremely competitive. Kevin and Mary were always quick to reply to emails and if we had to leave a message on their voicemail, our call was returned promptly.
Our closing was easy on our side. Kevin and Mary had all their ducks in a row at the closing. It went very smoothly. If and I have to buy house in the future, I will definately use the Francis Team.
