I have had him fix or install other programs on our home computer in the past. I had taken it into his shop for that work this time I had him repair it remotely from his shop. The repair took only 30 minutes and works great.

The owner of Computerease is Rob Sireno. He was suggested by good friends who have employed him to repair their office and home computers for many years. He has repaired my home computer on several occasions in the past three years. Initially I would take the tower of my home computer into his shop in FT. Collins and have it repaired, but we live 30 miles away. Now when I think I may have a problem with it, I allow him to repair it remotely. This saves me time and money in terms of gasoline.
His work is excellent. He is prompt and courteous. He doesn't speak in Geek terms like they do at Best Buy. When I had to deal with the Best Buy Geek Squad, I always felt like they had taken advantage of my lack of knowledge with computers.
Mr. Sireno is very honest and describes problems he's fixing in easy to understand terms. I have recommended him to everyone I know.
