Colorado's Cleanest

Been with this cleaning company 12 years. We have never had a problem that good communication did not fix. I have had Jessica and her workers clean my personal house as well as my 4 rental properties. Her hours are flexible and attention to detail is hard to match. I highly recommend Colorado`s Cleanest to anybody. That`s looking for a professional, friendly, reliable, understanding, trustworthy cleaning company.

She showed up with two helpers. It wasn't $99 for three hours of cleaning by one person. It was one hour of cleaning, with three cleaners at the same time. So although that was a surprise, it worked out nice. They worked well together.
Mostly surface cleaning. They were upbeat, nice, positive & worked fast. They didn't finish all the items needed on the list. Unfortunately they told me they did finish everything and I believed them. When I found out they did not clean the windows, window wells and window panes I was disappointed. I found out later when I spoke with Jessica on the phone that they just didn't do them because they ran out of time. Which is fine, but in the future I do hope they would understand the need to be fully honest with what they could and could not finish. I tipped them, before I knew the windows hadn't been cleaned. But I would not take that back, as like I said they were fast and got most everything else done.
 
I hired them again to help out with another property and was even more positively impressed with them on the work they did there. It turned out very clean and very well done! Their is mutual trust again now. *smile*
Overall I am happy and impressed with their work, only next time I will be better on my part of checking out things along with them before they leave. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The bathrooms and kitchen were quite dirty. She and her helper did a great job getting everything cleaned up.
