I first meet Shirley Watson during an job interview when she showed me around town. I felt completely at ease with her and liked her detailed knowledge of the area. When it was time for me to purchase a home, she was the first one I decided to contact. Shirley is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate in the Fort Collins-Loveland area. Her assistant Merilee Ott was the main person I worked with throughout the entire experience. Merilee was great at finding me homes to view and was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to work with my schedule to show me homes. Once I found a place, Shirley helped us negotiate the price and Merilee helped walk me thru all of the details and steps of buying a home. Both Merilee and Shirley work well together as a team and I was extremely happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them to friends who are looking to buy or sell a house.

The experience was very good. The realtor was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and worked very hard at selling our house and also helping us to find a lot to build a new house on.
