Choice Appliance

It went fine, initially. Refrigerator was delivered to my rental house. After tenant hooked up ice maker, the refrigerator leaked from the input water valve. Contacted vendor, and they came out in about three weeks and replaced the input water valve. Tenant hooked up water again, and it leaked from inside the freezer. When I contacted the vendor again, they said that the ice maker was not warrantied. I explained to them that they guaranteed that both the refrigerator and ice maker would work initially, and it didn't. They said that too long a time had elapsed (even though it was their delay fixing the first problem) for them to repair the issue. I asked for a refund, or credit on a different, and they refused. The refrigerator was obviously left out in freezing weather, allowing the ice maker and water lines to burst. The vendor must not have checked this before selling the refrigerator, because there were multiple leaks. The vendor guaranteed that the refrigerator and the ice maker would work initially, then refused to stand behind that guarantee when the first repair did not make the device functional. Unless you expect no customer service or integrity, do not buy from Choice Appliance.
