 + -1 moreI was working with one of their financial advisers, Adam Fowler, he left there, and went to US Bank. We were very happy with him, when he left, he didn't call us, because I believe that is against the rules. We found out about him leaving and went in to withdraw our funds from Chase. They were very belligerent, not happy, and tried to get us to sign a paper that stated Adam had told us about his leaving prior to doing so. They wanted to act like Adam did something illegal, but, we refused to sign, they grilled me, and grilled me. I called the Manager, but, he wouldn't return my call. I can't blame Adam for leaving as he got a much better position and he is doing super. My mother still has an account there, but, I don't have to deal with them directly.
Description of Work: I used them this year. I wasn't charged anything.
