Front desk people knew what they were doing and very helpful. Great customer service. The repair work was perfect for both jobs. Have used them a number of times and the experience was always superb. Will always go back to them for paint and body work.

It went great. It took awhile to get it in because they were so busy but once they started it was done on time. They contacted me several times during the repairs and provided daily photos of the work they were doing. They even detailed the insterior of my truck.

They did a great job and finished early.

They have excellent customer service. They have a web cam set up, and it takes shots at different times of the day, of the work that is going on, so we can sort of see what they were doing. We went through insurance, so we only had to pay our deductible. They have loaner cars that are available for free if people need a rental car while their car is being worked on. We didn't have to do that because our car insurance included a rental car, but it was nice to know that they offered that. They were very thorough on getting it done, and it looked great when we got it back. We never would have known that anything had happened. The whole thing took about 10 days in the shop, and they called us three times over the course of the 10 days just to let us know at what point they were at; how things were going, and how much longer it would take. I think all car repairs tend to be expensive, but they were competitive. I would definitely go back to them if we needed to have work done on our car again.
