Flooring
The installation looks fine, but there are 38ft of baseboards missing, which certainly takes away from the finished product. When I asked when they were going to be able to come back to put those in, they said the baseboards weren't their responsibility, because they had not been there for them to remove and replace. I was surprised, since this was a damage repair job, but asked for a quote to cover the cost of the baseboards. We had already dropped over $3700, and they asked for $300 more. I had to call and text multiple times to hear back from them, and felt like they had my money and did not care about finishing the job. I felt taken advantage of and found another way to finish their work for them.
