Capri services was prompt, informative, and extremely solutions oriented - will be hiring him again for any vent needs we have. Our dryer was taking many hours to dry a load of laundry, so I scheduled for a dryer vent blow out. He quickly identified that there was a bigger issue than just needing to be blown out, and did all the detective work (and had all of the tools on hand) to find a large bend in our vent that was preventing airflow, and repair it. Our dryer dries in about an hour now (as it should!) and, bonus I hadn't thought about, our electric bill is substantially lower ? it would have been easy for someone to just do YNt vent cleaning and leave it at that, and our problem wouldn't have been solved. I appreciate Capri Services for caring about fixing our problem completely.

Robert did a number of things that stood out to my husband and I: - He did a fantastic job explaining via voicemail what our issue was & that he would be able to fix it - He was prompt in scheduling us into his day the day we spoke - He worked well into the night (in the cold) when it was discovered the builder of our home did not install a proper dryer vent. (We are in a new build home & our inspector did not catch that!) -Robert spent 2.5 hours taking off & installing a proper dryer vent and cleaning up the several inches of built up lint. - Robert was all around sincere, genuine, honest in his pricing and fair. He is a true old-fashioned handyman that specializes in dryer vents, chimneyâ s, and as he said, â anything exhaust.â

As all the other 5 star reviews indicated, Robert is the best. Committed to doing the best job possible, from a person who has been doing this for decades. Knows what is right and how things should be done. Reasonably priced. There's no reason to go anywhere else.
