Budget Blinds was great. They came out promptly after I called. We determined what kind of blinds we wanted, and they didn't take that long to order. They did a great job installing them, which was not simple because we have and old house with concrete walls. The work was done perfectly, though, and the blinds look great. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

Bill and his team were flexible scheduling the install once our closing date was pushed back. Once the date arrived Jason arrived in a timely manner and quickly performed the install for all 22 windows. Jason was efficient, professional, and made sure the blinds were installed perfectly.

They were very professional and intent on seeing that the installations were perfect. I am very happy with their work and they were very nice people to work with.

Bill the owner of the company did an amazing job. He came out to our house to go over different options and pricing. He was incredibly knowledgable and professional. Everything seemed to be done on time and as promised.
What impressed me the most was Bill's passion to take care of his customers. We recently built a new house, and needed to have our windows replaced by the builder. The builder dropped the ball twice on this, and finally got around to it at a time that conflicted with our blind installation appointment. Budget Blinds was able to install two of our blinds, but had to come back to do the rest. The next available appointment was over a week away. Bill called and offered to swing by the next morning to install the remaining blinds. He said he was in the neighborhood and would be more than happy to stop by and take care of us.
It is this type of customer service that keeps people coming back. I would absolutely recommend Bill and budget blinds to anyone, and we will definitely be looking to them in the future!
