The job was complicated as he had to work around the various work schedules of tenants. He is a very fine fellow, reliable, easy to work with. He did an excellent job inside and out for a very fair price. After seeing his work one of my tenants immediately hired him to paint the interior of one of his apartment buildings. I would give him an A+ if you had such a rating.
