The team was very punctual, professional, and they delivered on what they said they would. In the end, I absolutely love the blinds we went with, but the hardware around the actual blinds is only so so. There is such a focus on making sure blinds are “string free” now, which is great, but we have some very high windows. So it was recommended that we use these wands to raise and lower the blinds. They are maybe 32 inches and plastic, but they constantly fall off. I go to raise a blind and they come out of the little holder. I can screw it back in, but the design, from my perspective, is only so so. All in all, definitely pleased with the product, but just a consideration for others....

Jim was helpful and efficient. Showed me several options and asked questions to steer me in the right direction for the best window covering He pointed out features that would cost extra and suggested that I didn't need to spend the extra money if I weren't going to use them

I found him to be fantastic to work with. He came and discussed options with me and was very knowledgable. He worked well with my budget and was super patient with me as I kept adding on more rooms over time.

I needed a rush job because I had an upcoming family reunion at my house. He assured me that he would have the blinds delivered and installed by the date I needed them. They did not arrive on time and I did not have window coverings for half of my windows when the reunion was scheduled
They were not the correct size
They were measured wrong
One was for my back door and it did not fit, so the entire frame (blinds inside two layers of glass, had to be reordered
We were unable to lock our back door due to the fact that he did not know how to install it properly. He did come back and attempt to fix it, We had to hire a handyman to fix the problem.

We had ordered room darkening blinds for the bedroom. They were not the correct size and light shines in on the sides because they were measured wrong and poorly installed. Even after the handyman installed the blinds correctly there is still at least one inch on one side of the blind that does not cover the window thus leaving a large gap for light to shine through. These room darkening blinds are clearly measured wrong, not only due to the sizing but also not measured correctly so a gap appears to let in more light at the top than the bottom causing the blinds to look crooked. The installation of most of the blinds had to be redone by the handyman leaving extra holes in the wood frame which is stained oak. Some of the blinds are uneven and could be due to poor measuring or manufacturing We had to send back some blinds because they did not fit the window. We were only shown two books of samples which greatly limited our choice of quality and colors. We were told it was because it was a rush order which arrived a week after the reunion. We chose this company because they were the only one to assure us of delivery in time for our reunion. On a positive note, Jim is a very nice family man just trying to support his family. He is trustworthy and is attempting to run his business in an ethical manner. He taught himself and needed more training on this product. The products were fairly priced. The quality of the blinds is very good. He was not personally responsible for the late arrival. The company he ordered from which was responsible for not delivering the blinds in a timely manner did not charge us for the kitchen and nook blinds. We did not have to pay a rush fee. Unfortunately, although it was a nice gesture, it did not rectify the other problems. I had two shoulder surgeries on my right shoulder shortly after the reunion date and have not been able to type without experiencing pain for over a year and a half. This is why It has taken me so long to write a review. I dislike writing a negative review because Jim is trying to do a good job and takes pride in his work. The delivery problems and possibly the incorrect sizing were not his fault. There is a bug in this program because even though I have removed the %cbr/ characters, they keep popping back up. So I hope this is legible.
