Josh and Bryan went above and beyond to include us in the project. We were able to save some $ by them allowing us to do some of the smaller projects that were just time consuming. They consulted us every step of the way and made some great cooperative decision on style and location of services. We highly recommend them if you want to be a part of the decision making for your next big or small job.

Replacing baseboards sounds straight forward but there was an incredible amount of resource planning and coordinating measurement, cutting, installationn and finish work i.e. chaulking and touch up paint. Josh, Brian and Des were incredibly respectful, easy to work around, and communicated well. They were well worth the cost. They were also willing to let me do some of the prep work to keep the cost down. Hire them!

Would be a 5-star review, but it took BJ Construction 7 weeks to finish the project. They did not come back as promised to do the paint touchup until after our Home Advisor review was posted. During the project, they were super-nice and extremely communicative keeping us informed of everything they were doing. When they found any problem in our wall they notified us immediately and we had Orkin out the next day. Josh and Brian gave us a fair quote for fixing the wall that had to be torn out as a result of the infestation, the work looked great and we were very happy with the whole experience to that point. On the last day of the project, we were told to take pictures of the paint issues (which they acknowledged, as it was not meant to appear finished) and they would be back in the next week to complete the job. We wanted to hire them for another larger job on the spot, but they said to wait a week or so as they had other jobs coming up. That was in May. Communications since then were sporadic until our review was published. The next day, someone came to do the paint touchup. He did a nice job and it looks much better. But the 7-week delay in finishing the project prevents us from giving a 5-star review. Later Edit - the sliding glass door they removed and replaced to get at the wall interior settled badly, preventing the door from closing correctly.

Josh was prompt, polite and professional. I will definitely ask BJ Construction to take on my next project. Thank you!

Josh and Bryan were very conscientious, skilled professionals. They kept us informed every step of the way, explained options to us, gave great suggestions, and completed a complex stair railing/baluster project on time and to our exact expectations.

We hired BJ Construction to install gutter screens. They did an excellent job. I then asked Josh, the owner, if he could do some woodworking repair inside our house. He did a wonderful job on this as well. I would hire his company for a variety of jobs , big and small, around the house, Including building garages, decks, home repair. Brad
