Josh's work on the front door was excellent except for a couple of finishing touches, the nails were left unpainted/caulks such that they stood out against the white aluminum and a jagged aluminum edge at the top from a previous installation job, not Josh's work, should have been more heavily caulked in order to give it a more finished look. When I phoned Josh about doing those finishing touches, we made a date I later had to change. From that point on, I did not hear back from him until Lowe's contacted him at my behest, he was subcontracted by Lowe's do to the installation. Lowe's scheduled his visit and he was extremely apologetic for not having gotten back to me and for having left the job unfinished in the first place. When a SealRite doors rep came by regarding replacement of the glass, he examined the installation and said it was excellent. In sum, Josh is a skilled worker, but perhaps overworked during the period he worked for us.
