Andy Manner, a tremendous employee of Bershinsksy, came out and diagnosed the problems during the first service call (1 hour). Because it was a Kohler toilet, it had to have Kohler parts that had to be ordered. He did so immediately and came several days later with the correct parts, went about his business quickly, fixed the toilet, including putting in a better shut off valve and also installed a handle shut off valve for the sprinkler system to replace the turn knob whose valve had worn out within the line. Bershinsky is definitely not inexpensive ($110 per hour for service call), but their employees are the best plumbers - just ask for Andy Manner, he does a great job, but we have had other plumbers from them that do a good job. Andy was particularly fast, efficient and customer-friendly. I can say with confidence even though these folks are not cheap, they get it done right the first time - and quickly.

I used Bershinsky Plumbing when I had a house built in 1996 and they were fine. But when I had work done since then the quality dropped tremendously since then. In 2008, I had them do some work again but I was very disappointed to see that it was not satisfactory. They told me a specific type of piping was the best, but my homeowners ins. told me otherwise. Since they'd been good when I'd used them in the 90's, I was hoping this was just a fluke. So, in 2014 I called them again . When I called their office requesting the job, I specifically asked to have their plumber show up at my house with information on ways to proceed so that the job could be done quickly. Their workman showed up unprepared, overly talkative about off-task topics (if they didn't charge me for his off-topic chatter, it wouldn't have been an issue). When I called up the office to talk to someone about the lack of preparedness of this employee, I never got a call back - but I still got a bill. When I called to complain about the bill for the work that never was done, I didn't get any aplology or offer to improve their shoddy service. Certainly this was a business that used to be good and has gone sharply downhill. I will never use them again.

Bershinsky Plumbing and Heating are very good. I have called them twice. Both times they fixed everything that was wrong very quickly, and I never had a problem with it again.

Difficulties with the heating system and an alarm from a CO detector prompted a call to ExCel energy. Their service person shut down the boiler and red tagged it while telling us to have a professional make a service call to check everything out and fix any problems. Calls to local heating companies were not very productive since everyone had a backlog of people needing furnace work at the time. Bershinsky's was also very busy but said they had a boiler repairman in Loveland and they would send him to check the heating system as soon as he finished the job at hand. Their serviceman was very experienced in servicing boilers and recognized the problem as soon as he fired the system up. The boiler was and quot;overfiringand quot; and needed to have the gas flow adjusted properly. Also, the system needed to have a bit more and quot;make up airand quot; provided in the vicinity of the boiler. Two easy fixes got the system back on line.
The troubling thing is that another well-known local furnace company had two opportunities to hear the boiler roaring like a jet engine and their serviceman reported it was working well.

Great job. Got what I wanted.Only complaint is the time issue. I was given a 2 hour window of expected arrival of plumber. He finally arrived one half hour after the 2 hour window. Of course, he then had to travel for parts. The actual work took him about 20 minutes. And I was waiting around for 4 hours.I know it is difficult to time such small jobs, but courtesy calls work wonders. Be patient.

They are always prompt and do the job right the first time. They know me so well that they just come do the job and bill me with no questions asked. I would recommend them.

I have been satisfied with their work, and I would highly recommend them. They are honest, upfront, prompt and very conscientious.

It took them three trips to find out the leak that came from the tank to the bowl. They were polite and apologetic about taking so long. The problem was completely solved at the end, though.
